Our musical tastes as a family vary widely: Mom was brought up with Classic Country-Western and Dads early influences were Elvis and Rock. As a result, the music we play as a band is somewhat ecclectic as well. We play some Country Western music, interspersed with Old Time Rock & Roll. Sasha's musical stylings on the fiddle and mandolin represent her love of classic and modern country, and she infuses that into the songs we play - and Logan's lead guitar playing is indicitave of the Jazz, Blues and Modern Rock music that he so loves. When you put it all together, you get what we like to refer to as "Country Groove": Our Sound.

We play many dance songs, including line dance, square dance, polkas, swing, waltz, and many group dances (i.e. The Virginia Reel, The Hokey Pokey, O' Jonny, O', etc.) With advance notice, we can learn specific requests.

"Cotton Fields" - We get a lot of requests for this classic rock song. Logan play's a lead guitar riff reminiscant of John Fogerty's guitar part, but we feature the family harmonies on this song as well. (2009.)

"The Ghost Rider Experience" - This was recorded in one evening in 2009 at our cabin in Pine Valley. We set up our equipment, sat in a circle and went clockwise, taking turns recording our individual tracks. Logan then included an introduction to the song to turn it from "Ghost Riders", to "The Ghost Rider Experience." (NOTE: It takes a minute to start... so keep listening).
